Organizational climate and management for results in a Peruvian provincial municipality

The research sought to establish the relationship between the organizational climate and management for results in the Provincial Municipality of San Martín, Peru. The research was basic type, non-experimental, cross-sectional and descriptive correlational design, whose population was 506 workers and the sample was 193. The data collection technique was the survey and the questionnaire as an instrument. The results determined that the level of organizational climate was medium in 49.7%, low in 29.5% and high in 20.7%; management by results was medium in 53.9%, low in 27.5% and high in 18.7%. Concluding that there is a relationship between the organizational climate and process management in a Peruvian provincial municipality, since the statistical analysis of Spearman's Rho was 0.993 (very high positive correlation) and a p-value equal to 0.000 (p-value ≤ 0.01); In addition, only 98.61% of the organizational climate influences management by results.
