Vol. 1 No. 2 (2022)The serious consequences on health caused by the COVID-19 pandemic (Barrutia Barreto et al., 2021) meant that, during the years 2020 and 2021, in order to protect the most precious asset that is life, we are forced to to compulsory social isolation (BBC, 2020) whose collateral effects have been a serious economic crisis that has increased poverty levels and further marked the large social gaps in infrastructure and access to basic services such as sanitation and mainly health.

(2019) an important characteristic of the evolution of humanity is the increase in knowledge; and, in the case of universities, the knowledge created seeks to solve the problems of the society on which it has influence. In this sense, the National Autonomous University of Alto Amazonas (UNAAA) since its creation has been articulating its academic and scientific efforts in order to train professionals in accounting sciences, international business and tourism who develop their skills to carry out innovation processes (Robayo , 2016) in organizations.
