Decision making (DT) in relation to organizational effectiveness in companies

The present study was carried out with the purpose of analyzing the issue of decision-making in companies to establish the aspects, factors and approaches, and benefits that contribute to leading a good organization towards improvement in the business field, to obtain a high effective degree. A systematic review was applied over the last 4 years (2019 to 2022); The review was based on references extracted from the Scopus database written in two languages: English and Spanish. This carried out a respective analysis of the extracted articles and gaps were perceived in the information obtained, for which 14 articles were mentioned in which decision-making has been argued; with the aim of deepening and comparing theories, mostly about the great help it provides to a company. In conclusion, decision-making is an essential process to specify and implement the future of a company, in which poor decision-making over time will cease along the path of failure and bankruptcy of the company. In this sense, it can be defined that it is associated with success within the organization.
