Administrative simplification is a key component of public management modernization, as it reduces unnecessary procedures, streamlines service delivery, and enhances citizen satisfaction. This study aimed to determine the extent to which administrative simplification predicts user satisfaction at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Metropolitan Lima. A basic quantitative study with a non-experimental, cross-sectional predictive design was conducted. The sample comprised 146 users, and data were collected through a questionnaire-based survey. The results showed that administrative simplification explained 19.39% of the variance in user satisfaction (p < 0.001; Nagelkerke's R² = 0.193). It is concluded that administrative simplification is a significant predictor of user satisfaction, although additional factors not examined in this study may also influence this outcome.
