Vol. 1 No. 1 (2022): Skills and labor competencies for the optimization of processes in organizations

According to Vera et al. (2019) an important characteristic of the evolution of humanity is the increase in knowledge; and, in the case of universities, the knowledge created seeks to solve the problems of the society on which it has influence. In this sense, the National Autonomous University of Alto Amazonas (UNAAA) since its creation has been articulating its academic and scientific efforts in order to train professionals in accounting sciences, international business and tourism who develop their skills to carry out innovation processes (Robayo , 2016) in organizations.
